Durza, the evil sorcerer from the book/movie Eragon. I was mostly inspired by movie Durza, umm I didn't read the book...yet 
His clothes and tattoos are rather improvised, the tattoo design freaked me out because it seems to have few different looks, in certain scenes in the movie, also on some screenshots and promo pictures, all different lol.
It might be too dark on some screens sorry about that.
